I have had Emerge Credit Card company keep call me saying that I have had a credit card in their name I have never had a card under their name and they have two address and my ss number. The only thing that I can come up with someone had been using my information. What can I do, they the credit card company as me to file a report with the police. I feel they are the one who should investigate this problem because I didn't know anything about it. So am looking for advise please help me with this 128cc9d

| 2. Written by Renee on September 18, 2009 from blackwood, new jersey, US Similar complaint, as I am actually being sued by a company representing them. My first mastercard was in 2007, yet being sued for an account opened in 1999. Go figure. I'm glad to know I'm not alone. |
