Emerge credit company holds payment and does not put it in there books until you are charged a finance charge. They say it takes a week for them to record it once they recieve payment so make sure you not only get it in on time. But make your payment early. These people lye and harress you for payment when they have payment in there hand. And I do have proof of this. And I paid them twice for the same bill and they still show me owing 20.00 but yet they sent me a check back for 100.00

Cannot make a payment early because it is "too soon" (cannot make more than three payments in a 90 day period). They have changed the due date to an earlier time, charged late fees, and raised interest even though you have tried to make a payment. They make you send payment via money express. Their customer service is extremely rude, their policies are unjust and they need to be investigated. |
